Becoming familiar with how the mind works is the key to having more control in your life and making positive choices that lead towards more health and happiness. Mindfulness is the practice of learning to become familiair with your own mind and its workings. It is also a very useful tool for recognizing and dealing with emotional states. Many modern scientific studies cite its benefits for health and wellbeing.

This is a 8-wk course that introduces to some basic mindfulness practices. It is ideal for beginners but also for people with some experience in medidation.

The course has been developped by Mindfulness Association (UK) and will be delivered in English. However, the teacher is fully fluent in French.


Objectif

This course covers all the fundamental mindfulness practices that will help participants to develop the pratice of mindfulness in their daily life.
